Worthwhile changes in life are always more difficult than imagined. We’d like to think you’re joining Brick Canvas Fitness because you’re looking for a change—a change in your health, a change in fitness classes, a change in workout space. With group fitness, we believe we offer a fun and friendly environment that encourages positive change.

Group Fitness offers community and encouragement; it helps you stay committed and form friendships—all while having a great time and breaking a sweat! Fitness will change your life, if you stick with it. To make sticking with it a little more rewarding, we have a special challenge just for our new students—the Give Us Five Challenge.

Over the next 21 days, come to any five classes so you can experience for yourself all the benefits of exercise, especially with the wide variety of classes we offer. When you do, we’ll give you a special mug, and you’ll receive your 5th month for $5 when you sign up for a membership!
